S & F Personalpsychologie Managementberatung GmbH was established in 1998. The two company founders, Prof. Dr. Heinz Schuler and Andreas Frintrup, previously worked at the department of business psychology at the University of Hohenheim; Prof. Schuler held the chair until 2010 and Andreas Frintrup worked there as a lecturer for over 10 years following his degree. Already at that time, they made a name for themselves in operational practice through joint research work, various publications, and through consulting work for organizations and companies. Aptitude diagnostics is still their specialty, and the company is considered a quality leader in this field.
